Pastor Mau here-
After much prayer and deliberation regarding my divine call to serve the congregation of Immanuel Lutheran in Hamler, Ohio, I feel that my time here at St. John's is not yet over. Therefore, I have declined the call to Immanuel.

I know that many here at St. John's and the surrounding community are relieved that I am staying. But also, I ask that you remember that there is a congregation that is still looking for a new pastor. I would invite you to join me in praying for Immanuel and for all congregations across our country who are looking for a pastor to serve them in Word and Sacrament ministry.

I look forward to my continued ministry here at St. John's and what God has given us to do here and in our communities. May God continue to bless and watch over us.

To God Alone be the Glory!

Good afternoon St. John's family and friends.
Pastor Mau here. This morning I announced to the congregation that I have received a Divine Call to serve the congregation of Immanuel Lutheran Church located in Hamler, Ohio.
Once again we all are placed into a position of uncertainty as I deliberate this call. But we know that the Lord of the Harvest is faithful to his church and his children.
I would ask for your prayers during this time. Prayers for me and my family, prayers for St. John's and Immanuel, Prayers that God's will be done.
As always, I am open, and actually seek, your questions and conversations. I told Immanuel and St. Johns that I will have an answer by the end of the month.

Alleluia! Christ is Risen!

Over the last several weeks, I have been deliberating a Divine Call to serve the congregation of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Courtland, MN.

After many conversations and restless nights and many many prayers- I feel that I am called to continue my ministry here at St. Johns.

I would ask that you please lift up your prayers to the Lord of the Harvest to provide faithful pastors to those congregations who are looking for that shepherd of their flock- including Immanuel, Courtland.

I look forward to my continued time here at St. Johns. Let our focus always be on the Risen Savior!
