Good afternoon St. John's family and friends.
Pastor Mau here. This morning I announced to the congregation that I have received a Divine Call to serve the congregation of Immanuel Lutheran Church located in Hamler, Ohio.
Once again we all are placed into a position of uncertainty as I deliberate this call. But we know that the Lord of the Harvest is faithful to his church and his children.
I would ask for your prayers during this time. Prayers for me and my family, prayers for St. John's and Immanuel, Prayers that God's will be done.
As always, I am open, and actually seek, your questions and conversations. I told Immanuel and St. Johns that I will have an answer by the end of the month.

Alleluia! Christ is Risen!

Over the last several weeks, I have been deliberating a Divine Call to serve the congregation of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Courtland, MN.

After many conversations and restless nights and many many prayers- I feel that I am called to continue my ministry here at St. Johns.

I would ask that you please lift up your prayers to the Lord of the Harvest to provide faithful pastors to those congregations who are looking for that shepherd of their flock- including Immanuel, Courtland.

I look forward to my continued time here at St. Johns. Let our focus always be on the Risen Savior!

This morning I announced that I have received a Divine Call to serve the congregation of Immanuel Lutheran in Courtland, MN.

I would ask that you would please pray for me and my family as I discern this call. It means I have 2 calls to consider. 1- to remain here at St. John's or 2- serve the congregation of Immanuel.

This is never an easy decision. It is also a time of uncertainty for the congregation. May God surround all of us with his peace.
