Leviticus - 26

10/20/2026

As we go through Leviticus, we see Jesus personified through the Levitical laws and customs. Sometimes we think the Old Testament is hard to relate to or that it is just history, but it beautifully ties in to the rest of the Bible. Just like a Passover lamb would examined for defects and slaughtered, so was Jesus. He is our Passover lamb. He cleansed our sins once and for all, so that we do not need any more sacrificial animals. He took it all on the cross for us!

Leviticus - 25

Everything we have is from God. When things are going well, we tend to forget about Him or think that we solely are to thank for our own successes. But God is the giver of everything. He wants us to trust and rely on Him. Life is a gift, our very breath in our lungs is a gift from Him!

Leviticus - 23

God tells us many times through His word to pause, rest, and reflect on Him. Many think that taking Sunday as the Sabbath is outdated, but God is serious about having time to rest. Even He rested on the 7th day! We can get caught up in our busy life, long work hours, and plans that we make. Whichever day of the week that is doable for you, or even if it changes with your schedule, make sure to take time to rest and reflect on the good loving Creator!

Leviticus - 22

09/19/2026

The Lord delights in the wellbeing of his servants! Never does he wish ill upon us, or make us sick to learn a lesson. The bible only shows God as a healer, He does not withhold healing. He wants a beautiful life for us, and that is possible when we are living in His will. How can we know God’s will for us? It’s in His word! Read your bible so that you may know God’s will and live within His favor.
