HERE’S WHY YOU SHOULD SAY “I DON’T KNOW” MORE OFTEN

Confidence can make almost anything sound biblical. That doesn’t make it true.

Speculation isn’t deep Bible study. A good guess is still a guess.

Sometimes “I don’t know” is the faithful answer. You don’t have to explain what God hasn’t explained.

Some things belong to God alone. “The secret things belong to the Lord…” —Deuteronomy 29:29

Knowing more can make us proud. “Knowledge puffs up while love builds up.” —1 Corinthians 8:1

The important stuff is already pretty clear. Love God. Love people. Follow Jesus.

Mystery isn’t a failure of faith. Sometimes humility sounds like: “I don’t know.”

The Bible isn’t just something to understand. It’s something to live.

“I don’t know” keeps us honest. And leaves room for God to be God.
