Holding onto hurt can feel like strength… but it slowly hardens your heart. Forgiveness doesn’t excuse what happened... it releases you from carrying it. 🙌 It’s not weakness. It’s freedom. “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.” — Ephesians 4:32

You don’t have to keep replaying it. You don’t have to stay stuck in it. God can heal what still hurts… and give you peace where there was pain.
