After Prayerful Consideration, the Church Leadership along with the board of elders have decided to shut down VFC Day camp for summer 2024. We will use this time to reevaluate its mission and purpose to decide how to move forward in the future. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may bring and thank you for your past support.

Our field trip next week will be to the Evansville's Mesker Park Zoo. We will leave at 9am and return by 4pm. No extra money is needed for this trip. Campers are welcome to pack a lunch, but we will still have free sack lunches available from Sodexo.

I have been so excited about this since I booked it! John Louis, gospel illusionist, will be here this week! He will performing 2 acts on Wednesday July 19. His first act will be for the younger crew at 12pm. Then we will do a second act for the older kids at 1:00. I hope everyone can make it to camp on Wednesday to see John Louis' act!

Who remembers the ROLLER DOME?
Our field trip on Tuesday will be to the Skate Palace in Jasper, Ind. We will eat lunch at camp, and leave for Jasper around 12:15pm. We plan to arrive back at VFC by 4:00-4:15pm.

If you would like for your child be able to purchase snacks, you can send cash. We will take their "rainbow beach" snack money with us.

Don't forget those Camp Shirts and SOCKS!
