We welcomed 127 families to the pantry in May and were able to provide food for 379 neighbors including 106 children. Its June now and the children will soon be home for three meals a day! Your partnership matters as you help us fight hunger right here in Cape May County. Most needed items this month: canned Tuna, Boxed Cereal, Crackers, individually wrapped snacks and clean recyclable grocery bags. We are truly grateful for your many kindnesses.

March and the promise of SPRING!! Most needed items this month: individually wrapped snacks, boxes of cereal, egg dying kits, canned pineapple, bath soap and toothpaste. We appreciate the community support that makes such a difference for the families that come to the pantry!

January 2026-We wish you a BLESSED, Happy, and Healthy New Year! There are some very pressing needs for the Pantry this month as we see less coming from the food bank due to funding cuts and prices out of reach for many families. Most needed items are: canned Salmon, canned Chicken, Canned STEW, and Cereal. Our neighbors in need appreciate your help more than you may ever know!!!

St. Peter's By the Sea Episcopal Church in Cape May Point has provided support to the Pantry in so many ways in funding equipment, their weekly food collection and tremendous financial support that allows us to purchase healthier foods and produce for the pantry guests all year long. We appreciate their partnership in the work of feeding our neighbors who reach out for help!!

Kirstin Lloyd representing Bayside State Prison Staff came twice recently with many Holiday sides and other treats which helped supplied us through Thanksgiving and Christmas! We appreciate this most generous gift at a time when we needed it the most. Many families' meals were brighter because of this tremendous act of kindness!!

The biggest can drive of the year was delivered on Tuesday December 9th. The Lower Cape May Regional High School KEY CLUB Food Drive is HUGE! These wonderful young people focus on community needs, and the results of their efforts make a tremendous difference!! They had 5 carloads full and carried it all into the church in minutes, filling the pews! What a beautiful gift at this time of great need and uncertainty. Their energy and enthusiasm for this project is infectious! Much appreciation to all the club members and their adviser, Ms. Christine Napoli!

The Lions Club of Avalon represented by Treasurer Linda Lutz, President Jim Lutz, and Member Matt Adelizzi presented us with some serious financial support! Their continued faithfulness is greatly appreciated by our pantry guests! What an amazing visit the other day -the generosity of the Avalon Lions goes a long way, strengthening what we can offer families here in the Villas.

Kiwanis of Cape May stopped by with a big load of food from their latest can drive. They keep a huge focus on keeping the Cape May County Pantry shelves stocked and raising community awareness around hunger! We thank them for their continued contributions.
