✝️ HappyEaster from Children’s Church! ✝️ Today as a class we made resurrection rolls! The kids loved them and couldn’t believe the marshmallow melted away! They were delicious! So grateful for today for He is Risen!! 🤍

Resurrection Roll Recipe
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
Lightly grease a baking sheet.

2. Separate crescent rolls into individual triangles.

3. Melt butter and put into a bowl and also Mix sugar and cinnamon together in another small bowl.

4. Dip a marshmallow into melted butter, then roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place marshmallow into the center of a dough triangle, carefully wrap dough around marshmallow. Pinch the seams together tightly to seal in marshmallow as it melts. Place roll on a baking sheet; repeat with remaining dough and marshmallows.

5. Bake rolls in the preheated oven about 8-9 minutes or until golden brown!

Good Friday

The sky darkened.
The earth trembled.
The precious Son of God hung on a cross.

He carried our sins, our shame, our brokenness.

Mine.
Yours.

The suffering was real.
The sacrifice complete.
The love unimaginable.

Today we pause.
We kneel.
We praise our Holy God for the blood that ran red so our sin would be washed white.

It is finished.
