A KINGDOM OF PRIESTS
Ex. 19:5,6; Rev. 1:6; Rev. 4:10,111

Apostle Jim 5/31/26
• The words kings and priests are used in different ways in the Word.
• It’s more about function than title in this teaching.
Exodus 19:5-6 (NKJV)
• These words were given in the old covenant and gives us a glimpse of His vision – a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.
Revelation 1:6(NKJV)
• The same thing that was introduced to the children of Israel who fell short of the plan of God. They didn’t miss the stipulation of the plan – IF
• By the Blood of Jesus we have been made kings and priests.
Revelation 4:10-111(NKJV)
• This is a glimpse of Heaven.
• We pray for the spirit of wisdom and revelation.
• When you came into the Kingdom of God you were made a king and a priest. A holy nation, a peculiar people. He has called you out.

1. Kings (Rule) & Priests (Worship)
• Titles are okay, when necessary, functions are absolutely vital.
• Kings are called to rule, and priests are called to worship.
• Rulership on earth has been delegated by God. In Heaven those crowns must be taken off and laid at His feet.
• If not we usurp authority instead of delegated authority.
• It doesn’t matter about my title, what matters it my function.
• What God has brought together let no man separate.
• Kings and priests - they are not meant to be separated.
• Kings rule and priests worship, these must stay together in the Kingdom.
The Kingdom of God is released in the Rule & Reign of Worship.

“If you obey My voice…”
The Kingdom of God is released…
He has joined the two together and you have the purposes of God on the earth.
God is waiting on us.
God said He will have a Kingdom of priests, a holy nation, a people who will worship Him.

“You are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel” (Ps. 22:3)
Enthroned (Yashab)
To sit down as judge.
To ambush (make a surprise attack from a concealed position).

• What praise and worship does is enthrone Him.
• Worship brings us into the rule and the reign of God.
• The enemy doesn’t expect you to keep praising but you keep on praising.
When you do this, you’ve got him in your crosshairs.
• When you sit there without praising you have been put in the enemy’s crosshairs.
Our calling is to extend the REIGN of WORSHIP throughout the whole Earth.
• When Lucifer got kicked out of Heaven, Heaven kept on worshipping.
• Heaven is 24/7 worship.
• The power of kingship and priests have been linked together and will carry over forever.
Thy Kingdom come is the Kingdom of Worship filling the earth as the water covers the sea.
• This is what we are praying. They are worshipping in Heaven.
Numbers 14:21(NKJV)
• If you rebel, He will go down the line and find somebody who will because He will not let His plan fail.
• Israel failed but Hod wasn’t through.
• He swore an oath by Himself.

2 Kinds of Prophecy or Promises

Conditional Prophecy – “If my people”
Infallible Prophecy - “Truly as I live”

The difference between prophecy and an oath:
• If God puts an “if”, it is conditional…2 Chronicles 7:14 - It is based on something people will or will not do.
• Oath – when God makes an oath there is no “if” there is nothing you can do. It is infallible, you can take it to the bank.
• It is rare for God to give an oath.
• The first oath God gave over man was to Abraham. “Take Issac to the mountain.”
• Abraham did it and God showed up.
• That’s the first time swore an oath on Himself.
• Oaths and conditional promises.
• The promise is Jesus, getting Jesus into the earth through Abraham’s seed.
• The whole plan goes back to Abraham.
• We are the seed of Abraham. Kings and Priests of Abraham.
• There are oaths, and there are conditional promises with “ifs” attached.

2. The Governing Power of Worship

God’s Plan has always been a Kingdom of Priests.
Worship is the willful surrender to the Rule of God’s Love.
• Worship is not about Law, it is about Love.
• The kingdom of priests and the rule of worship are inseparable
We will Rule through our Worship – He that will not Worship, will not Rule.
• Rulership without worship leads to authoritarian.
• Kings and priests are meant to stay together.
• If I lean more on the priests side it can lead me to crazy things that are just on the worship side.
• The right amount of each keeps me safe and balanced.
• Jim Jones led people and caused their suicides – that was out of order and demonic.
• We bring Heaven to earth when we keep them together.
• The most important king in history wore a crown while playing a harp.

We can’t wear the Crown, if we won’t play the Harp.
24 ELDERS
They subjugate their rulership to their worship.
They took their crowns off when necessary

• Too many want to rule but have no time for worship.
THOSE WHO DON’T BOW WILL FALL.
• God should find us worshipping and praying with all our hearts.
• The enemy works in extremes. He will take a legitimate call of God and take it beyond a good limit.
• God speaks promises and declares oaths.
• “I swear by Myself that all the earth shall be filled with the Glory of the Lord. “
• He has sworn an oath by His plan!
• Vidor shall be filled with the Glory of God!
• If you see a promise in the Word of God that’s not coming to pass – check your conditions.
• But for God to swear an oath and it does not come to pass says He will cease to exist. That’s impossible!
• He was not created. He is omniscient, omnipresent!
• He said He would never leave you nor forsake you!
The Right to Sit on the throne is given to those who Bow at HIS feet.

ANNOUNCING: 2026 Summer Youth Interns!

Here at Grace Community we value discipleship and training up the next generation. ❤️ For the second summer in a row, we have a group of teenagers signed up to spend their summer serving the house and learning what ministry really looks like.

Students had to go through an interview process with our youth pastors to ensure their commitment. These twelve students will spend their entire summer growing closer to the Lord . During the eight-week commitment, these young people will read the entire New Testament, they will come to the church every Tuesday and Thursday evening (in addition to their regular church attendance) for classes taught by our leadership team, they will take on a ministry assignment each week, and they will help plan a “Back to School” Gen Z Rally. The commitment is great!

We are so proud of these twelve students and can’t wait to see how the Lord grows and stretches them this summer!
