Jesus had every right to condemn, yet He chose mercy instead.

What does this mean for us?

It means grace is greater than guilt. Mercy is stronger than judgement. And if Jesus chose compassion, we should too.

Before we criticize others, let's remember how much grace God has given us.

"He that is without sin among you, let him first case a stone...." - John 8:7

Let's remember that our blessings, strength, peace, relationships, abilities, and hope ultimately comes from God. This verse is a reminder to be grateful and to trust Him instead of relying only on ourselves or on things that came disappear.

When we put God first, we see that every good gift in our lives is a reason to thank Him!

Jesus knew Judas would betray Him...and He still washed his feet.

He knew the heart of Judas, the betrayal that was coming, and the pain that would follow. Yet Jesus chose humility, love, and service anyway.

What does this mean for us?

It means we are called to love people even when it's hard. To show grace even when we've been hurt. To serve without demanding perfection from others. And to remember that Jesus loves us, in all of our imperfections.
