1st-5th graders had their End of the Year Awards party this past Sunday! 🏆

Congratulations to the following kids for winning highest Sunday School attendance in their grade: 1st grade - Noah Kelmenson 2nd grade - Grant Sommerville, 3rd grade - Harper Smith 4th grade - Quinn Smith 5th grade - Cooper Holland Overall Sunday School Attendance - Quinn Smith The kids have been memorizing Bible verses all year for a chance to win a grand prize. Congratulations to Reese Mussato and Archie Carson for winning the memory verse grand prizes!

EXCITING CHANGES ARE COMING TO VHMC CHILDREN'S MINISTRY!

Starting in January, our 1st through 5th graders will begin their Sunday School hour in the Chapel. They will start with worship and will learn the lesson of the week together, before moving into their grade level Sunday School classes to do activities and have discussion about the lesson to help them grow in their faith.

Beginning Sunday, January 4, you can drop your 1st through 5th graders off in the Chapel. We will begin at 9:45 am. Pick up for 1st and 2nd graders will be in their Sunday School class at 10:45 am. 3rd through 5th graders will be dismissed from their class at 10:45 am with parent permission.

We know that God can do immeasurably more than we can imagine. We want to transform all our children into confident, young disciples.

Huge shoutout to some awesome kids!

This past weekend they were able to raise over $150 for our car ministry by having a lemonade stand. The car ministry is the Vacation Bible Camp recipient this year and it’s awesome that these kids are leading the way. Other kids and families are invited to also raise money by having a lemonade stand, car wash, or doing chores. Excited to see what God does with this precious offering and what he’ll do in the days to come!

Parents Night Out registration is open!

Parents Night Out (PNO) is a
ministry dedicated to strengthening marriages by offering parents a chance to enjoy a night out while their children, from newborns to fifth grade, are cared for in a fun and nurturing environment.
