Results of Ballot #5: Valid ballots cast 254. A majority needed to elect. We have an election! Rev. Tessa Moon-Leiseth has been reelected to another 6 year term. Giving thanks for the discernment of the assembly and the presence of the Holy Spirit.

We have an election. Bishop Tessa Moon Leiseth will have a second term as Bishop of the Eastern ND Synod

Results of Ballot #4, there is no election. 246 valid votes cast (60% of valid votes needed to elect). The Assembly moves immediately to Ballot #5.

The results of ballot #4 are in. We do not have an election and will move on with Bishop Tessa Moon Leiseth and Rev. Joe Johnson.

Voting members from Our Savior’s, and Trinity Lutheran, and Morning Star Parish (Tolna, ND) went to supper together.

Results of Ballot #3. We do not yet have an election. 280 ballots cast, 274 valid ballots, 2/3 of valid ballots cast (183 votes) needed to elect a bishop. We continue to Ballot #4 this afternoon.

The results of ballot #3 are in. We will move on with Bishop Tessa, Pastor Joe and Pastor Carter in Q&A sessions at 4:30 today.

Here are the results of Ballot #2. There was no election.

269 ballots cast of which there were 263 valid ballots. 198 votes (75% of valid ballots) needed to elect a bishop on Ballot #2. The Assembly will continue to Ballot #3.

The results of ballot #2 are in. We do not yet have an election. We move on to ballot #3 this afternoon.
