Construction on Seneca is kicking off in preparation for the new school going in across the street! While Seneca is being updated, our west entrance to the parking lot will not be accessible. Please use the northeast entrance for now.

🚧 Courtesy Notice – Closure of N. Seneca Street on Monday, September 15th🚧

The City of Valley Center would like to inform residents about the N. Seneca Street Reconstruction Project (from Ford Street to 5th Street).

📅 Construction Schedule:
~ Start Date: Closure beginning on Monday, September 15, 2025, at approximately 12:00pm

~ Expected Completion: October 16, 2026

🔨 Project Improvements Will Include:
~ Removal & replacement of the existing bridge
~ Installation of new storm sewer piping/inlets
~ New concrete roadway paving
~ Installation of curbs, gutters, and driveways

This work will be completed by Wildcat Construction and subcontractors, who will make every effort to minimize disruptions. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this important project to improve our community’s infrastructure.
