We have been hard at work this week preparing our preschool for the new school year!
Today we took a little time for ourselves.
We booked a private sound bath session with Cyndi Combs at Vallejo Yoga.
Sound baths provide an excellent way to unwind and relax. So that we did. We shared professional and personal intentions for the new school year for ourselves and our students. More importantly, we are energized and excited to meet our new preschoolers right where they are! We can’t wait to see you on September 8th!
