Proverbs 30:24-28 There are four things on earth that are small, but they are very wise: Ants are not very strong, but they store up food in the summer. Rock badgers are not very powerful, but they can live among the rocks. Locusts have no king, but they all go forward in formation.

I once read of a wasp that stung the driver of an automobile. The driver tried to swat the wasp, as the car uncontrollably went out of control and slammed into a park car. The driver was not seriously injured, but two automobiles were destroyed. All because of a tiny wasp. Little things within the ability of each of us has great power. A kind world, a little thank you, a smile or hand shack maybe just holding an open a door for another to go first. Just Something to Think About.

Many years ago, I found myself in a far way land. It way so lonely those first few days, knowing no man. Soon looked around, all the other men were just like me, far away from home and so lonely as well. I will think of them all with the passing of each day. I did not pick these men; they were delivered into my life by fate. But I knew them like no other men, I placed my trust in them as they were willing to trust me in guarding each other’s life. One night my trust in these men was put to the test. I found myself all alone in a bunker aside a long dark road, no light at all, only the millions of little lights God had placed in the heaven above. I remember thinking, why am I here, soon the head lights of a tuck came into view alone with it another solider just like me. He soon joined me in the bunker, before anything else was said, he asked who was going to sleep first me are you, being around midnight. I will never forget my response, “I don’t know you, and you think I’m going to put my life in your hands.” The lesson is why so many place their trust and souls in the hand of a man, whom they do not know, yet it is done by the millions every day. Isaiah 12:2 Behold God is my salvation, I will trust, and not be afraid, for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song. Just Something to Think About.

The average life expectancy has greatly increased in the past few years resulting in the presence of more aged people in society as well as the church. Each one of us must be realistic and admit that we are getting older, I have already arrived. The words penned by James in chapter 4 verse 14 “for what is your life? It is even a v***r that appeareth for a little time and then vanisheth away “. Yesterday is past to be no more, tomorrow may never come, all we have is now. All our dreams and plans for tomorrow may never be, today is the day of Salvation.
Just Something to Think About.

I recently heard about a very poor man who had always wanted to take a cruise. He saved the money to purchase this life long dream. Once aboard ship he was lost in a world that he did not understand. Especially this was true regarding meals for his journey. He brought along cheese and crackers to eat everyday while people all around him enjoyed the meals… Open your eyes and see your blessings !!!
