A WORD TO MY FELLOW PASTORS AND LEADERS IN THE VINEYARD

To all my fellow pastors and leaders in the vineyard, I want to share something that I believe is very important.

As we all know, ministry is not a joke. It requires serious dedication, commitment, discipline, and accountability to fulfill the assignment God has entrusted to us.

Many people look at the church as if it is a place where anything goes. But the church is also an organization, and it should be operated with order, structure, accountability, and excellence, just like any other properly functioning organization.

There is a framework I have been studying that I believe can teach us a lot about leadership:

GOVERN • IDENTIFY • PROTECT • DETECT • RESPOND • RECOVER

1. GOVERN — Establish Order and Structure

Governance can be understood as the policies, roles, responsibilities, regulations, standards, and operating procedures that guide an organization.

The church needs proper policies and structures. There should be clarity about:

Who is responsible for what

How decisions are made

How finances are handled

How leaders and volunteers operate

How conflicts are addressed

How members are protected

What standards everyone is expected to follow

2. PROTECT — Take Care of the People God Sends

The second area is Protect. This is where we must look beyond the building and recognize the people who make the mission possible.

Protect those who financially support, volunteer, serve, pray for, and believe in the mission God has given you.

Pray for them.

Fast for them.

Encourage them.

Support their families.

Celebrate their businesses and careers.

Help them grow spiritually and personally.

Stand with them when they are going through difficult seasons.

When there is no structure, people can begin to treat the church carelessly. When there is no order, confusion becomes normal.

Look at the ministry of Jesus. Although His ministry was spiritual, there was also organization, leadership, delegation, accountability, and people assigned to specific responsibilities.

God is not the author of confusion.

These people are not just numbers on a membership list. They are people God has entrusted to your leadership.

Because one day, we will give an account for how we treated the people God placed under our leadership.

These people are among your greatest assets—not because of what they can give you, but because they are valuable to God.

God may have sent them to you to help accomplish the work He has placed in your hands.

When you look at Jesus' ministry, you see that He also had people around Him who supported the assignment. He built relationships, developed people, empowered them, and sent them out to fulfill the mission.

A FINAL WORD TO PASTORS AND LEADERS

Pastors and leaders, let us build churches with both spiritual power and organizational structure.

Let us govern well, protect well, lead well, and serve well.

The people God has entrusted to us deserve our prayers, our protection, our leadership, and our love.

Ministry is a divine assignment. Let's treat it accordingly.

“Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.” — 1 Corinthians 4:2

PRAYER FOR THE NEW MONTH
Welcome to a New Month!
I pray for you today that goodness and mercy shall follow you all the days of your life, and you shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever. (Psalm 23:6)
You shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord in the land of the living. (Psalm 118:17)
This month, success is yours!
Peace is yours!
Prosperity is yours!
Divine favor is yours!
May the Lord order your steps and open doors that no man can shut. May He send helpers of destiny into your path—people who will recognize your value, support your purpose, and contribute to the fulfillment of God's plan for your life.
Every obstacle standing before you shall become a testimony. Every closed door that is not meant for you shall give way to something greater.
May God protect you and your family, provide for your needs, strengthen you in every area, and cause you to experience His goodness throughout this month.
This shall be a month of divine favor, breakthrough, restoration, and uncommon blessings!
You will have reasons to testify.
You will have reasons to rejoice.
You will have reasons to give God glory.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen! 🙏🏽🔥
Happy New Month! Welcome to September 2026!

The Prophet and his family came through for us in today’s service, and I am truly grateful. This relationship reminds me of David and Nathaniel—a relationship built on love, loyalty, truth, and genuine support. This man of God has come through for me and the ministry so many times. Your presence, prayers, encouragement, and support mean more than words can express.Man of God, may the Lord richly bless you and your entire family for standing with me and standing with the ministry. May God continue to strengthen you, enlarge your territory, and reward your faithfulness. I truly appreciate you. What a blessed and fulfilling Sunday!

MEET YOUR CYBERSECURITY AWARENESS TRAINER
Apostle Richard Ogudugu
Believers Love Assembly Prayer Ministries (BLAPM)
Introduction
I am pleased to introduce our upcoming Cybersecurity Awareness Day, a community program designed to educate individuals, families, churches, youth, seniors, nonprofits, and small-business owners about protecting themselves in today’s digital world.
My Educational Journey
• Associate Degree in Library Science — Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Nigeria
• Associate Degree in Computer Science and Business — Ohio Christian University, Ohio, USA
• Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and Diplomacy — Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Nigeria
• Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity and Management — Regent University, Virginia, USA
• Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate — Google
In addition to my academic education and professional certification, I continue to develop my knowledge and practical skills in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Operations Center (SOC), ethical hacking, pe*******on testing, cybersecurity awareness, risk management, and information security.
Why Cybersecurity Awareness?
Cybersecurity is no longer only a concern for large corporations or IT professionals. Every individual who uses a smartphone, email, social media, online banking, or the internet can become a target of cybercriminals.
Our families, churches, nonprofits, businesses, finances, personal information, and digital identities all need protection.
My goal is to take the knowledge I have gained through my education and professional training and make cybersecurity simple, practical, and understandable for everyday people.
This program is not about intimidating people with technical terminology. It is about education, awareness, prevention, and empowerment.
