Dear Parishioners and Friends,
As summer draws to a close, we have several wonderful celebrations coming up at St. George! We warmly invite everyone to join us for these special occasions:
🇺🇸 Red, White, & Blue Mass — Saturday at 4:00 PMJoin us this Saturday for our Centennial Red, White, & Blue Mass as we honor and pray for our court officers, medical professionals, first responders, and all those who serve our community. A reception will follow the Divine Liturgy.
🎱 Labor Day Bingo — Monday at 6:00 PMCome celebrate the one-year anniversary of our parish Bingo! Join us on Labor Day for an evening of Bingo, food, prizes, and fellowship as we mark a full year of this popular parish event.
✝️ Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross — September 13–14On Sunday, September 13 at 7:00 PM, we will celebrate Vespers for the Feast of the Holy Cross, followed by our traditional Bonfire and Potluck Reception at the Parish House.
On Monday, September 14 at 5:15 PM, a Solemn High Mass for the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross will be celebrated at St. John’s University Parish in Morgantown, West Virginia, in thanksgiving for Fr. Aaron’s 10th Anniversary of Priestly Ordination.
All are warmly invited to join us as we celebrate the end of summer with these wonderful opportunities for prayer, fellowship, and parish life. We hope to see you there!
