The New Testament testifies of our union and Life in Jesus Christ.

“If Salvation was through turning from sin (impossible) then Christ died for nothing because righteousness could have been obtained through works or law keeping. Making man the author of his salvation and not Jesus Christ, who IS the author of Salvation, our Faith. It is a boast against Jesus’ work and self delusion that one’s own strength (the flesh) could produce any form of righteousness to obtain a perfect standing before our perfect Heavenly Father. Let alone hold that righteousness for eternity being that He is Eternal.

No, it would have to be of His own doing and giving of the exact nature of Himself to have such a place of standing before Him. And this He did by giving His only Son, Jesus Christ, to redeem man from his dead unrighteous state that he might be clothed in His Righteousness by Jesus Christ.

Who in partaking of our life (away from the Father) gives us the gift of sharing in His Life (with The Father) to those who by Faith alone believe in His Work of Grace towards us on our behalf as declared in His Gospel. Let Him who boasts, boast in the Lord Jesus Christ, the author of our Salvation.”

1 Corinthians 1:30-31 KJV
“But of Him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: that, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.”

Christ is our wisdom, how we walk in this Life.

Christ is our righteousness, our standing before the Father.

Christ is our sanctification, our cleanliness and perfection before the Father.

Christ is our redemption, our innocence restored through His blood.

Christ is our boast, not ourselves. For we know we can do nothing / be nothing apart from Him.

If someone comes against you because of this Grace given to you; know they do not hate you but Christ, who gave Himself for you, that you might Live.

In Believing Christ’s eternal finished work upon the cross in purging us of our sins by dying our death and raising us to new Life in Himself. We are filled with all joy and peace by God our Father Himself. Abounding in hope that we are indeed sealed, secured and kept His glorious grace toward us as His Spirit bears witness to this truth in us.

What Love He has and longs for us to enjoy ❤️‍🔥

Strong's 278: Not to be repented of, about which no change of mind can take place, not affected by change of mind. Irrevocable

Praise God He isn’t changing His mind in regard to what He has gifted us with. I know I have changed my mind a lot and backslid in the process, but Him? No He never did and He never will! I cannot escape His Love for me in Christ and neither can you.

Don’t believe the lie He’s done with you, or changed His mind about saving you. Even if you’ve sinned. Remember He saved while you were lost in your sin, what makes you think He’ll change His mind now that you are His eternal child in Christ?

John 1:17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

Romans 10:4
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

As long as you’re focused on yourself and what you can do (Law) you’ll never see the rest (Grace) given by God through Jesus Christ.

I’ve learned through the years that my struggle isn’t against sin, it’s against unbelief. Sin has been dealt with and put away, what remains is if we beleive that fact.

”But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness? And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not? So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.“
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬-‭19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

What was their sin? It was the sin of unbelief. Not trusting God at His Word concerning them and His Salvation for them. Only two, Joshua and Caleb had the Word of God dwelling richly in their hearts and believed Him apart from also having witnessed the giants like everyone else. (Joshua 1:13)

So it is today when we do not believe God’s Word concerning His Son Jesus Christ in the Gospel. Who after purging us from our sins by washing us in His own blood sat down at the right hand of God and gave us the right to be Children of God through reconciling us to The Father by His death and resurrection. A final and once and for all sacrifice for sin eternally so that we may have Peace with God, rest. (Revelation 1:5 - Hebrews 10:10)

If we are not rooted and grounded in this truth we too will say as the majority who didn’t believe God’s Word: “i am but a grasshopper and a grasshopper to the enemy for that matter” when the giants of guilt, shame and condemnation come against us. Numbers 13:33, notice how they see themselves, not from God’s view of them, so too we can not see ourselves clothed with Christ and walk in darkness of mind, saved but no enjoyment of that Salvation. This causes us to wonder, focus on our sin, which often leads us to bitterness and endless striving rather resting in our present salvation through Faith in Christ’s Blood. It puts all the focus on us and eventually leads us to offering dead works to God and expecting him “more” from Him because we don’t believe or lack the knowledge that Christ’s blood was and eternally is enough to bring us into the presence of God at all times through Faith to share in all the riches of His Kingdom apart from works.

Do not be robbed today saint, Jesus Christ’s blood truly is eternally enough and has delivered you out of the kingdom of darkness and into the kingdom of His beloved Son, into Light! You are complete in Him. Enter into this rest by the washing and renewing of your mind through the hearing of the Word. Not what the majority is saying, but by what He is saying and has said in Christ, who is your Life.

Colossians 3:10-11
And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.

2 Corinthians 11:3
But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

Many have Salvation but no rest

Just like Israel was freed from the bo***ge, slavery and power of Egypt. They had received Salvation and were promised to take the Land before them flowing with milk and honey. But they did not, why? Because of unbelief. (Hebrews 3-4). Not believing God at His Word concerning them (Joshua 1:13).

So it is today with the believers now. Many have Salvation, an understanding that Christ died for them and saved them. Freed them, but a lack of knowledge of the width, height, length and depth of that freedom.(Ephesians 3:18-19 + Galations 5:1).

If we are to enter into this rest that The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ commends us to enter we must grow in the knowledge of Christ and this Love with which we’ve been loved.

Because Christ is my life, I don’t have to look at myself, my shame, guilt, mistakes, shortcomings, etc.

Christ is my life now and my record was wiped when He died on that cross bearing my body and sin to do away with it once and for all by the shedding of His blood. I died there, all of man died there. And through His resurrection gave me Life by the giving of His Spirit as supplied by believing the Gospel that has quickened me and declared me holy, blameless and above reproach in His sight (Colossians 1:21-22).

All received and supplied by Christ, God, and nothing produced of me. I am what I am by the grace of God. That’s my reality and that reality is lived by faith, not in or of me but Him.

Galatians 2:20
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the Life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who Loved me, and gave Himself for me.
