🌎⚔️ THE ARMY OF THE LORD — DAY 5: SPREADING THE GOSPEL & STAYING FOCUSED!

As we wrap up our week reflecting on Pastor Jason’s Sunday sermon, let’s remember his final two points:

❤️ SPREADING THE GOSPEL & MAKING DISCIPLES

⚔️ AVOIDING WORLDLY ENTANGLEMENTS

Being part of the Army of the Lord means we have a MISSION!

We aren’t called to simply sit in church on Sunday mornings. We are called to GO, SHARE, LOVE, SERVE, and TELL OTHERS ABOUT JESUS!

📖 Matthew 28:19: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations…”

But we also have to be careful not to get so caught up in the things of this world that we lose sight of our purpose.

📖 2 Timothy 2:4 reminds us that a soldier doesn’t get entangled in civilian affairs because his goal is to please the one who enlisted him.

Church, the world offers plenty of distractions, but our mission hasn’t changed!

🔥 Tell somebody about JESUS!
🔥 Invite somebody to CHURCH!
🔥 Be a LIGHT in a dark world!
🔥 Stay focused on the mission!

THE ARMY OF THE LORD ISN’T CALLED TO SIT STILL — WE ARE CALLED TO MOVE!

❤️ We’d love for YOU to join us this Sunday at 10:30 AM at Gospel Church!

Bring your family. Bring your friends. There’s a place for YOU!

🛡️⚔️ THE ARMY OF THE LORD — DAY 4: WEARING THE UNIFORM!

Pastor Jason reminded us Sunday that every soldier needs to be properly equipped for battle!

And as Christians, our uniform isn’t camouflage, combat boots, or a helmet made by man.

OUR UNIFORM IS THE FULL ARMOR OF GOD! 🙌

📖 Ephesians 6:11: “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”

🛡️ The Belt of Truth

🛡️ The Breastplate of Righteousness

🛡️ The Shoes of the Gospel of Peace

🛡️ The Shield of Faith

🛡️ The Helmet of Salvation

⚔️ The Sword of the Spirit — God’s Word!

Church, we wouldn’t send a soldier into battle without protection. So why do we sometimes walk into our everyday battles without putting on the armor God has provided?

SUIT UP! STAND FIRM! STAY READY!

We are soldiers in the Army of the LORD! ❤️

💪⚔️ THE ARMY OF THE LORD — DAY 3: ENDURING HARDSHIPS!

Pastor Jason’s message Sunday reminded us that being a soldier in the Army of the Lord doesn’t mean life will be easy.

There WILL be battles.
There WILL be struggles.
There WILL be seasons that test our faith.

But church, HARDSHIP DOES NOT MEAN GOD HAS ABANDONED YOU! ❤️

📖 2 Timothy 2:3: “Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.”

A soldier doesn’t walk away from the mission just because the battle gets difficult. And as followers of Jesus, we are called to PERSEVERE!

Maybe you’re fighting a battle today that nobody else knows about. Maybe you’re tired, discouraged, or wondering how much more you can take.

KEEP GOING! GOD IS WITH YOU! 🙌

📖 Joshua 1:9 reminds us to be strong and courageous because the Lord our God is with us wherever we go.

Don’t give up in the middle of the battle. Keep your eyes on JESUS!

🪖⚔️ THE ARMY OF THE LORD — DAY 2: OBEDIENCE TO THE COMMANDER!

On Sunday, Pastor Jason reminded us that every good soldier must follow the commands of their leader.

As Christians, we have the GREATEST COMMANDER of all — JESUS CHRIST! 🙌

But here’s the question: Are we actually following His orders, or are we trying to do things our own way?

Sometimes obedience isn’t easy. Sometimes God calls us to move when we’d rather stay, forgive when we’d rather hold a grudge, or trust Him when we can’t see the outcome.

📖 John 14:15: “If ye love me, keep my commandments.”

Being in God’s army means more than wearing the title of Christian. It means surrendering our will to HIS!

❤️ Trust His direction.
❤️ Follow His Word.
❤️ Obey even when it’s difficult.

We don’t get to rewrite the orders. We are called to FOLLOW THE COMMANDER!

⚔️🛡️ THE ARMY OF THE LORD — DAY 1: SPIRITUAL WARFARE!

Yesterday, Pastor Jason reminded us that being part of the Army of the Lord means recognizing that we are in a SPIRITUAL BATTLE!

Not every battle we face is one we can see. The enemy wants to distract us, discourage us, divide us, and pull us away from God. But we serve a God who has already claimed the VICTORY! 🙌

📖 Ephesians 6:12 reminds us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil.

Church, we cannot fight spiritual battles with worldly weapons! We fight with PRAYER, FAITH, TRUTH, and the WORD OF GOD!

🔥 Stay alert!
🔥 Stay prayed up!
🔥 Stand firm in your faith!

The battle is real, but our GOD is GREATER!
