MY COMMITMENT. MY VISION. OUR FUTURE.

We’ve spent these weeks remembering our roots, celebrating signs of growth and imagining FUMCT’s future.

Now each of us has an opportunity to be part of what comes next.

Where do you see yourself in that future?

How will you serve?

Where will you participate?

What will you help make possible?

And how will you support the ministry and mission we share?

Every response matters.

Every gift matters.

Every person has a place in what comes next.

Together, we are Rooted & Rising.

Deep roots give us a strong foundation.

New growth reminds us that God is still at work.
Now we look ahead.
We see a church growing in faith.
A church reaching new generations.
A church serving its community.
A church where more people discover a place to belong.
A church willing to dream about what God might do next.
This is our church.
This is our opportunity.
This is our future.
Rooted & Rising

Deep roots. New growth. A future we build together.

We remember. We honor. We pray.

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families forever changed, and the heroes who served so selflessly.

Growth doesn’t happen because a branch simply tries harder.

It happens because it stays connected to the vine.

Today we asked what it means for us—not simply to be busy—but to grow.

In faith.
In community.
In service.
Together.

What does growth look like?

It’s more than numbers.

It’s deeper faith.
Stronger relationships.
Children growing up knowing they are loved.
Teenagers finding a place they belong.
New families discovering a church home.
People of every age finding their place to serve.

Jesus said, “Abide in me.”

That’s where real growth begins.

Community collaboration in action! 💛

A couch donated by Hunt & Associates, Center for Psychological Health was delivered to a participant served through the Emergency Medical Services Prevention Program.

Through our partnership with the West Alabama Coalition for the Homeless, we are grateful to share donated resources and help meet needs across our community.

“If you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, continue to walk in him, rooted and built up in him…” —Colossians 2:6–7

We celebrated the roots that hold us together—and the people, ministries and relationships
through which God continues to build us up.
Our roots run deep.
And God is still growing us.
