Hoy aprendimos sobre descansar en Cristo. En un mundo que constantemente nos empuja a cargar más, Jesús nos invita a venir a Él y encontrar verdadero descanso. Solo por medio de Cristo nuestras almas son renovadas, porque Él es manso y humilde de corazón. Cuando le buscamos, Él nos recibe con paz, fortaleza y descanso para nuestras almas.

Today we learned about resting in Christ. In a world that constantly pushes us to carry more, Jesus invites us to come to Him and find true rest. Through Christ alone, our souls are refreshed because He is gentle and humble in heart. When we seek Him, He meets us with peace, strength, and rest for our souls.

El sermón de hoy nos recordó que el verdadero crecimiento comienza cuando permitimos que Dios trate con la raíz de nuestros problemas. Ninguno de nosotros es perfecto, pero no podemos sentirnos cómodos viviendo en pecado. Al contrario, debemos aborrecer lo que nos separa de Dios y estar dispuestos a hacernos las preguntas difíciles. A veces el crecimiento requiere incomodidad, pero cuando dejamos que Dios trabaje profundamente en nosotros, Él puede sanarnos por completo.

Today’s sermon reminded us that true growth begins when we allow God to deal with the roots of our issues. None of us are perfect, but we cannot become comfortable living with sin. Instead, we must hate what separates us from God and be willing to ask the hard questions. Sometimes growth requires discomfort, but when we let God dig deep, He can heal us completely.

Fuimos testigos de muchas personas siendo liberadas y sanadas, y se nos recordó que toda cadena puede ser rota en el nombre de Jesús. También aprendimos a vivir con valentía para Dios y nunca avergonzarnos del Evangelio, porque es poder de Dios. Rev. Rick Ryan, por favor visítenos de nuevo cuando esté en Tucson. Today we had a powerful healing service with Rev. Rick Ryan. We witnessed many people being set free and healed, and we were reminded that every chain can be broken in the name of Jesus. We also learned to live boldly for God and never be ashamed of the Gospel, because it is the power of God. Rev. Rick Ryan, please visit us again whenever you are in Tucson. You have a home here in the Old Pueblo. All glory belongs to Jesus!

Hoy nos unimos a muchas iglesias alrededor del mundo para celebrar el Día de Pentecostés, el día en que nació la Iglesia de Cristo y los Apóstoles comenzaron a anunciar las Buenas Nuevas de Jesucristo. En este día, el Espíritu Santo descendió, llenando a los creyentes con poder, valentía y nuevas lenguas. Creemos que los dones del Espíritu no terminaron en aquel entonces; el Espíritu Santo sigue moviéndose hoy, guiando, empoderando y transformando vidas por medio de Su divina presencia.

Today, we join many churches around the world in celebrating Pentecost Day, the day the Church of Christ was born and the Apostles began to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ. On this day, the Holy Spirit descended, filling believers with power, boldness, and new tongues. We believe the gifts of the Spirit did not end then—the Holy Spirit is still moving today, guiding, empowering, and transforming lives through His divine presence.
