BLC had a wonderful Mac ‘n Cheese Cook-Off on May 3rd! It was our first time having this type of cook-off and was greatly enjoyed by all - we had seven delicious entries! Many thanks to all who attended and donated, all of our volunteers (especially youth!), and everyone who entered in the competition: Meredith, Makena, Lindsay, Kathie, Amy, Mary Ann, and Linda. Our winners were Lindsay (cheesiest), Amy (most unique), and Meredith (overall favorite) and we raised several hundred dollars for our youth fund!

Thank you to Thrivent, Northwest Food Coalition (for dessert) and a dynamic Team of Ten for the great job with BLC’s first 4th Sunday community meal at Grace Episcopal Church on April 26th!
