🙏BIRTHDAY EVENT FOR HHDL🙏

We warmly invite you to gather at Pamtingpa Center to celebrate the extraordinary life and teachings of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

The program will include prayers and reflections on His Holiness’ profound impact on the world.
To mark this special occasion, ordained Sangha members will lead the practice and remain afterward for tea and refreshments.

Event Details:
Date: Monday, July 6th
Time: 3:00 PM (Duration: 2–3 hours)
Location: Pamtingpa Center, 657 Havillah Road, Tonasket

Pamtingpa Center will provide tea, snacks, and Birthday cake. You are welcome to bring offerings of flowers, food, or donations. All funds collected will be forwarded to the Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in the gompa. We look forward to seeing you there!

Please join us for a course on how to expand and deepen our loving-kindness and compassion. Each of us has a basic goodness with qualities of caring for others that simply needs to be deepened and expanded. We will start with how to develop self-compassion and use that as our basis for deepening our skillful compassion for others.

We will be meditating, listening, contemplating, questioning and discussing to further illuminate and develop our naturally abiding basic caring heart. Please join us on this journey of exploration and learning.
