VFC is a non-denominational “bapti-costal” church family with an emphasis on practical teaching, spirit-filled living and personal growth. We've been around for about 25 years, we have around 500 people worship with us on Sunday morning, and have a wide range of age, race and socioeconomic groups represented. Our worship style is contemporary and we want people to feel comfortable expressing thems
elves during worship with raised hands and clapping. You may not know every song we sing, but you will feel the presence of God during worship. If you want personal ministry, there will most likely be a time during our service where you can be prayed for and receive what you need from God. If that doesn’t happen though, track down one of the pastors or senior leaders and we would love to pray with you! During Sunday morning services, a nursery with qualified staff is provided during every service for infants through kindergarten at our TLC building. Check-in is simple and safe, and each nursery worker has had a background check. 1st thru 5th graders meet in the Legacy Chapel for fun, fellowship and age-appropriate Bible teaching. WEDNESDAYS
Wednesdays start at 6:30 and end at 8:30. Adults meet in homes around the city while the youth (6th-12th grades) meet in the Student Ministries Building for their own worship and teaching. In addition, children's activities are offered in the TLC Building. OTHER MEETINGS
Celebrate Recovery meets at VFC Tuesdays at 6 PM. Friday Night Fire, our times of extended worship, are on announced Fridays at 7 PM. No problem - just find an usher and we’ll help you and your family get to where you need to be. There are lots of opportunities to get involved here so come ready and willing to meet great folks and become part of an energetic, lively community of believers. Oh, and dress is casual. Don’t feel like you have to cover up any tattoos or bring out those 15-year-old slacks that barely fit. Just come as you are!
