We're swimming towards Father's Day this week for our Fourth At the Movies film! 🎬

We can't wait to celebrate dads, watch a movie we love, "Finding Nemo," and apply Biblical truths, all while eating themed snacks! Don't miss out- this coming Sunday, June 21st!

Some lessons we'll be learning that God's perfect love drives out fear from us; how to focus on joy and having a good attitude even in trials and life's troubles; and finally that nothing can ever separate us from God's love. 🩷

MCC Kids have cooked up something GREAT for Week 3 of At The Movies!!! 🎬

Our third move that we love is "Ratatouille." We get to watch, learn some biblical lessons, and eat fun themed snacks! Don't miss out- TODAY, Sunday, June 14th! 📆

Lessons being taught this week include: Showing respect for all people, including respecting their talents. Learning how to surrender desires and actions to God, who send the Holy Spirit to teach us how to live in a way that pleases Him. Finally, having wisdom to tell the truth, even when there is the fear we might get into trouble.

We've picked the perfect color Week 2- At The Movies in MCC Kids!

"Harold and the Purple Crayon" is a movie we love and have picked to teach some great lessons. We will watch movie clips with interjections of scripture and Biblical commentary!

This week, kids will learn the importance of helping others in need. They will learn about God as the Creator of the world and everything in it. They will be encouraged to have hope in God's power and to trust that He has a plan for them, even when they feel hopeless or frustrated. Finally, they will learn that they have a purpose, just as Harold realizes he still has a purpose even after he cannot meet his creator face to face. They will see the importance of using their talents for good.

We can't wait to watch a movie we know and love AND get to learn about our Creator God and the purpose he has given to each of us... and share our themed snacks! 🖍

If you hear some extra snoring coming from the backseat on the drive home today, it’s because our elementary campers gave this week everything they had! 😴❤️

We are overwhelmed with gratitude. We’ve watched walls come down as new friendships were forged over silly camp songs and cabin team-building. We’ve captured memories that will stick with these kids for a lifetime.

But the absolute best part? The quiet moments of worship and learning where campers drew closer to Christ. To see them understand just how much Jesus loves them is why we do what we do.

Our prayer is that the faith they built here continues to grow at home! Thank you for an incredible week! 🌲🙏
