8:30 Traditional Service
9:45 Sunday School
11:00 Contemporary Service (also available on Zoom!) We look for the best ways to love God and love others.

In a world that is simultaneously a beautiful wonder and a damaged creation, our time seems stretched and our resources too few. In a bold statement of Faith, we at Covenant continue to turn to God’s Word to sort it all out. At the very minimum, we know that Jesus brought peace, healing, and direction to a broken world. We join in His mission to care for the lost and the hungry. We hope to create a space to talk about Jesus' way of living...which we wholeheartedly believe leads to true life. We also believe our church is faith in action. We strive to walk the walk. Many of us are serving with joy in a variety of places here in Temple and beyond. One of the verses often repeated at Covenant is from the prophet Micah’s words “He has told you, O mortal, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?”

We hope you will join us on this walk of faith… finding peace and life in this changing world. Sunday Worship -
8:30am - traditional service (open communion)
9:45 - Sunday school for all ages
11:00 - praise service (open communion and childcare through 2nd grade)

We hope you can join us for worship this Sunday! Our 8:30 service has a more traditional feel. Our 11:00 service has a more contemporary vibe and a children's portion. Open communion is offered at both services. We can't wait to see you there! Check out our website for zoom options at covenantlutheran.com.

❤️ Volunteer Drivers Needed!🚗

Sometimes, something as simple as a ride can make a life-changing difference.

Feed My Sheep is looking for volunteer drivers to help our people get birth certificates and state IDs through DPS. These important documents open doors to jobs, housing, and greater independence.

Spend just a couple of hours a week serving, building relationships, and helping someone take an important step forward. Your time and kindness can make a real difference in someone’s life. ❤️

Nature rarely wastes what looks spent or broken. Even a fallen leaf keeps giving. Perhaps some of the pieces you want to sweep away are already becoming part of something that can nourish new life.

“Unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed.” — John 12:24
