This Wednesday kickoff this year's AWANA club! It is going to be another great year of studying the Bible and learning to hide God's word in our hearts.

Looking forward to our next event with our girl's ministry. Girls 4th grade through 12th grade along with our adult mentors are invited to join us for a special time of fellowship. We will have a devotional and then enjoy dinner together. Bring a side, dessert, or drink to share. The main course of chicken will be provided.

Wednesday August 19th come learn about our AWANA program and sign up your child for this year! A meeting for parents will take place in the Family Life Center. Kids will be able to play in the gym during the meeting.

This Wednesday August 12th will be our last Children in Action Missions Class of the summer. To celebrate back to school we will enjoy Ice Cream Sundaes as a special treat! The following Wed August 19th will be a sign up and informational meeting for parents before we start our AWANA program for this school year on August 26th. It's going to be a great year!

Tomorrow Children in Action will meet in the sanctuary to join the hymn sing in the sanctuary. When done we will walk back to the gym for our missions lesson and activities. Pick up will be as usual in the gym area.

On August 9th we will have a churchwide time of prayer for the upcoming school year. We will meet in the Fellowship Hall to pray and split into groups to carpool to walk and pray at the local schools. After we will meet back at the church for ice cream sandwiches.

Coming Soon it will be time for the kids to move up to the next grade level class for Sundays and Wednesdays. on August 9th children will begin in their normal class and teachers will walk them over to introduce them to their new teacher. We look forward to celebrating and will be providing popcorn as a special snack.
