After last evening's ordination service, Pastor Jared is now Rev. Jared Barringer.

If you listened to Jared and Jennie's testimonies, you heard that their path hasn't been all joy, sunshine, and rainbows. They've been tested and tried. There were times when it would have just been easier to give up.

One line from Jared's testimony sums it up well. Rather than wanting to do great things for God, they've chosen to be in the service of a great God.

Congratulations, Rev. Barringer. Looking forward to many years of faithful service together with you and Jennie.

Week 3 of "UNITED: A Study in Ephesians" will be at 6:30 PM in the Chapel with AJ.

Week 5 of "Christ All in All: A Study through Colossians" will be at 6:30 PM in the main service with Pastor Jared.

UNITED will be livestreamed on our VALOR channel, and the video for "Christ All in All" will be livestreamed on Beacon's channel and uploaded to VALOR's channel later tonight.

Either way, two excellent choices for Bible study tonight. Don't miss it!
