No, while LifeWise is held during the school day, it does not interfere with students’ mandatory courses. The class schedule is set by school personnel in consultation with LifeWise representatives. Classes are held during non-core academic periods, such as during lunch or electives.

How long have you been serving in kids ministry and what made you want to start?
- I have been serving for roughly 2 years. I wanted to start to teach kids what I have learned in 4 years and give them an experience I did not have as a kid.
If you could have any superpower while serving in Kids Ministry what would it be and why?
- To clone myself, sometimes with a big group of kids they need help with the craft! 🎨✂️
What is your favorite part about spending Sundays with our kids?
- Seeing how their faces light up when I remember their name, and how they run to me because they know me!
If you could only eat one snack during church for the rest of your life what would it be?
- Popcorn, everyone needs popcorn! 🍿
What is one thing you’d tell someone who is thinking about volunteering in Kids Ministry?
- Take the step! 100% try once seriously its life changing! 🤍
