We are thrilled to welcome Lisa Lipkin to Congregation Shirat Hayam as our Cantorial Soloist while Cantor Sarah is on leave! Lisa is a composer, educator, and synagogue musician with more than 25 years of experience helping communities connect through music and prayer. ✨

Lisa’s journey blends a lifelong love of music with her Jewish identity. From classical symphonies in her childhood home to composing original settings for prayers, she has dedicated her life to creating uplifting, soulful musical experiences. Whether leading services, teaching, or composing, her goal is to help people connect with the sacred and with each other.
