Churches speak often about hospitality. Here’s a story about hospitality that Rev. Stump received on a retreat in Louisiana.

Not long ago a boy in Louisiana handed me an oyster shell as if I’d never seen one before, and it was one of the nicest and most genuine acts of hospitality I’ve experienced in a long time.

Any sized donation matters. For decades Oakland has continued to send campers to JRVC and each year these campers come back with wonderful experiences. 🔔 Did you know that this summer marks the 90th anniversary of JRVC? The first camp in 1936 consisted of 30 young people for two weeks. The cost per camper was $15.
