The Stuarts Draft Area Churches United Worship Gathering of 2026 was a big hit and we look forward to doing it again! 💒

We had a great time in the Lord, fellowship and love of Christ!

From testimonies of healing and faith, to songs of worship and praise, to sermons of love, learning, and trusting in God’s abilities to make life more joyful and abundant! ✝️💛🙌🏽

It was a beautiful day and a wonderful experience to worship across different dominations, walks of faith, young and old, and new and seasoned believers.👧🏼👴🏼

We are all one in His hands! 🌎🤲🏽

What a busy but joyful weekend with our church family! ❤️

Many hands came together to help clean, organize, and freshen up our church grounds. From cleaning out areas in the building to planting bushes and laying rock, so much love and hard work went into taking care of the House of God. We are thankful for everyone who gave their time and effort to help make our church beautiful and welcoming! 🌿⛪

Today, we also celebrated Mother’s Day with our annual Hat Contest! 👒✨ The hats ranged from tea cup style to Kentucky Derby fashion, with everything from homemade creations to store bought and Amazon specials! 😂

The presentations were so wonderful, filled with songs, dancing, and praising the Lord, that the judges could not choose just one winner, so the prize was split!

Congratulations to Sis. Connie, Sis. Massie, and Sis. Sabrina, and thank you to everyone who participated and made the day so special.

Happy Mother’s Day to all our mothers and mother figures! 💐❤️

Hosanna! 🌿🙌

This past Sunday, we celebrated Palm Sunday the only way we know how—welcoming Jesus with open hearts, waving palms, and lifting our voices in praise: “Hosanna! Blessed be the Rock!” 🎶

We’re so grateful He came to save us, and we look forward to honoring His death and celebrating His resurrection this Easter weekend ✝️💛

And of course, we had a little fun too! 🐣
✨ Our youngest members enjoyed an egg hunt after service—congrats to River and Winter for finding the most eggs and the golden egg! 🥚🏆

“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink…” — Matthew 25:35 ✝️

Yesterday, instead of our typical Sunday service, our church family had the privilege of serving at the WARM Cold Weather Shelter—preparing, feeding, and fellowshipping with guests and staff. ❤️

We shared a home-cooked meal of pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, and homemade rolls by our very own Sister Rosey 😋 (plus snack cakes for dessert!). Even more special, our members sat and ate alongside our friends, sharing conversation, laughter, and love.

Sometimes the best way to share the love of Jesus is right through the stomach—and we hope it was felt in every bite. 💛

Thank you to WARM for the incredible work you do for our neighbors in the SAW community. And to the guests we served, please know this season is only temporary—we are praying for strength, hope, and brighter days ahead. 🙏

And thank you to Mr. View Church for hosting them this past week, and including us as one of your meal providers!

Edited to add: The family is asking those who plan to attend the menorial to please wear the color blue as this was Mary’s favorite color.

As a church family, we will gather to honor and celebrate the life of our sweet Mary.

Her service will be held on Saturday, March 7th at 11:00 AM at her home church, Bible Truth Church.

We were deeply saddened by the loss of our dear Mary last month, but we gather to honor her life, her spirit, and the love she brought to so many. We especially lift up her devoted caretakers and beloved family — our very own Pastor and First Lady Harris and their family — along with her guardian, Joy, and her family.

Please continue to keep them all in your prayers as we celebrate Mary’s beautiful life.❤️

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Mary Rowe.

Mary was deeply loved by our church family and held a very special place in the hearts of our Pastor and his wife, Roscoe and Belinda Harris. She was not simply cared for by them, Mary was family, and her presence, love, and spirit were woven into their lives and home.
We ask that you keep Mary’s family and loved ones, as well as our Pastor and his wife, in your thoughts and prayers during this time.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date when weather conditions are safer. Details will be shared once arrangements are finalized.
