We’re a multi-ethnic family of disciples, rooted in the Bible and growing together in our relationship with Christ. We know how awkward it is to walk into a church environment for the first time. You've seen all kinds of different "styles" of church, and more than likely have your doubts from the start. We've all been there.

As you continue to meet our staff today we wanted to introduce Gaby.

“Hi my name is Gaby,

I’m the Kids Ministry Assistant at TC3! I help with all the behind-the-scenes things that keep kids ministry running, like scheduling volunteers, organizing curriculum, managing check-in, and making sure our classrooms are ready for the weekend. A lot of what I do is helping our volunteers feel prepared and making sure we’re creating a safe, fun place for kids to learn about Jesus.

I love being part of a ministry that gets to make an impact on kids at such a young age. We get a small window of time each week with them, and I want to make the most of it! I want kids to know that church is a place where they are loved, where they belong, and where they can learn who Jesus is. I also really enjoy supporting our volunteers and helping set them up for success.

My background is a little bit of a mix! I’ve worked in public education and served in kids ministry at everything from church plants to small churches to a megachurch. Each experience has taught me something different about working with kids, supporting volunteers, and helping a ministry run well. I’ve realized that I really enjoy the combination of working with people, organizing things, and finding ways to make things better. I feel like Jesus has used all of those experiences to prepare me for what I get to do at TC3.

I think sometimes people see kids ministry as just somewhere their kids go while they attend service, but so much more happens during that time! We get to build relationships with kids, teach them about Jesus, and partner with parents as they raise their kids in faith. It takes a whole team to make that happen, and I want people to know how important their part is, whether they’re serving, praying for us, or helping welcome new families. I’m really excited about what God is doing in TC3 Kids and the opportunity we have to reach more families!”

We care so deeply for the next generation and are so thankful to have someone like Gaby here to pour into our kids ministry!

Before service, we have the beautiful privilege to come together—as staff, volunteers, and most importantly, as believers—to enter the presence of the Lord. We are beyond thankful to serve alongside such amazing followers of Christ.

Treasure Coast Community Church (TC3) was born from a deep desire to create a place where the disenfranchised, unchurched, dechurched, skeptics, and seekers could find a home and connect to the life-changing power of Jesus Christ. What began as a vision over 30 years ago continues today, as we remain committed to welcoming those on the margins and connect them to Christ’s transformative love.

Our team at Treasure Coast Community Church leads the daily work of the church. They plan services, care for families, and oversee the ministries that serve the Treasure Coast. Each member brings a specific role and a shared commitment to the mission of this church. They are approachable, well prepared, and glad to help. If you have a question or need support, reach out to any of them. We will make sure you reach the right person.
