I was working on a project today and noticed these daffodils. My first thought was "that's a random spot to grow." You've probably heard the phrase "bloom where you're planted," but have you ever felt like you're at a random spot in life - nothing makes sense or is coming together? If so, know that you're not alone. Consider Joseph in Egypt, Moses in Midian, David on the run from Saul, and so many other examples in Scripture. These places which don't make sense from a human point of view are the same places where God molded these people into who He wanted them to be. Look at these verses:
Jeremiah 17:7-8 "Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. 8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit."
No matter your perception of the place that God has put you, there is opportunity for growth and fruit of you trust the Lord.
