Christian Camp & Retreat Center

A lakeside haven of spiritual refuge, restoration, and reflection.

10/10/2026

It's looking to be a beautiful day in Stratford for C***r Press Day. Today is the last event for Christian Lake for 2026, so don't hesitate to come out and enjoy the fellowship!

10/07/2026

We are a few days away from C***r Press Day. We'll get started at 10am and press until about 3pm. For those who are able to stay and lend a hand, we do need help with winterizing afterward! Examples of areas to help are: putting boats away and picking up the beach, moving picnic tables to the Threshing Floor, putting boards on the windows at the Tabernacle and Prodigal, putting our outdoor games away, and taking the bridge sections off the cables.

09/27/2026

We are two weeks away from our annual C***r Press Day. It is a great time to enjoy the fellowship at the lake one more time before winter. Our speaker will be Bro. Gary Washington.
In the afternoon, when the pressing is done, we'll be putting different items away for winter. We'd greatly appreciate anyone who's able to help.

We blinked and we're already to the last day of summer camp here at Christian Lake Bible Conference. We have enjoyed our week with Pastor Rob Sisco from Valley Bible Baptist Church. You are invited to join us tonight for our final ice cream social of the summer.

Though summer camp is ending, remember that the campground remains available for reservations through October 10.

Mark your calendars as October 10 is our C***r Press Day which is camp's last event for the year. Bring your apples to press and a dish to share, and enjoy time with others who love Christian Lake.

Our speaker for this week is Rob Martinez, the Lead Pastor at Redemption Hill Baptist Church in Albany, NY. He's been married to Mishael for over 20 years, they have four children. He came to faith on December 19, 1999, during the Y2K scare, under the ministry of Pastor Wade Prime, who led him to the Lord. Rob earned both his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Liberty University and a doctorate from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is also a U.S. Army Reserve Chaplain. His passion is reading, writing, and preaching God’s Word.
If you're interested in being with us through this week, we do have cabin availability, so don't hesitate to reach out.

Our speaker for next week is Pastor Todd Lozier from Cornerstone Baptist Church in Ames, NY. He has had the privilege of serving in two churches over the past 27 years impacting lives for Jesus Christ. He spent 15 years as a youth pastor in Northeast Ohio before coming to Cornerstone as their pastor in 2014. He has a beautiful wife and six children that continually grow and serve with him. He has an insatiable desire to teach the Word of God so that it may be applied to life.

Enjoyed a relaxing 2nd week with Pastor Calabrese from Amazing Grace Baptist Church. Lots of campfires and we finished the week off with lots of pizza cooked in our wood fired oven.

07/16/2026

Looking ahead to next week. We have Pastor Sean Morin as our speaker. He studied Biblical & Theological Studies at Liberty University. He currently serves as the head pastor at Grandview Baptist Church with his wife Amy and their young son Jeremiah. He has a burden for reaching the least of these in the Fort Plain area. This will be Pastor Sean's fourth summer speaking at Christian Lake. There is still cabin and campsite availability, and you're also welcome to drive up for the evening services at 7:00 pm

07/09/2026

Looking ahead to next week. Our speaker will be Pastor Frank Calabrese. This is his second summer speaking at Christian Lake. Pastor Calabrese has been serving at Amazing Grace Baptist Church since July of 2019. He has a strong desire to see folks come to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ and be baptized and added to the local church. He is the father of three beautiful children and has been married to the love of his life Sandy since 1986.

Had a special service tonight where two people were baptized and we had a time of praise afterward.

Have you found a resting place? Jesus Christ came to take care of your sin problem and give you peace you've never had before.
