Through the generosity of Catherine T. Mitchell, the Kate Sterling Bunnell Scholarship Endowment Fund, established in her memory, offers financial assistance for college expenses to Stratford-resident students, based on financial need, without regard to academic achievement, s*x, race or creed. Applicants can re-apply each year they are a full-time undergraduate not to exceed their first (4) years of study (full-time is a minimum 12 credit hours/semester).

Please download the application from the church website: firstchurchstratford.org/scholarship. The application deadline is May 22, 2026. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline date.

This morning, our Sunday School students led our annual Youth Sunday worship. Thank you to all who participated in this meaningful service. A special thank you goes out to Youth Ministry Administrator Jacqui Owens, as well as the teachers, parents and members of the Board of Christian Education who made this service possible.
