I’M H.E.R. TUESDAY: PREPARATION

H.E.R., DON’T CONFUSE THE PREPARATION ROOM WITH THE WAITING ROOM.

You’re not just sitting there waiting for something to happen.

God is preparing you for what you’ve been praying for.

Esther didn’t walk straight from obscurity into the king’s presence. There was preparation before presentation.

📖 Esther 2:12 — Before each woman went before the king, she completed her appointed time of preparation.

There are things God has to develop in you before He places you in front of what He has prepared for you.

Your prayer life is preparation.
Your healing is preparation.
Your discipline is preparation.
Your separation is preparation.
Even some of the “no’s” have been preparation.

H.E.R., THE DOOR MAY BE READY—BUT GOD LOVES YOU TOO MUCH TO LET YOU WALK THROUGH IT UNPREPARED.

I’M H.E.R. MONDAY

H.E.R., DON’T LOOK BACK.
YOU DON’T LIVE THERE ANYMORE.

God didn’t heal you so you could keep revisiting what broke you.
He didn’t empower you so you could keep questioning whether you’re enough.
And He didn’t recover you just for you to return to what He brought you out of.

Some doors closed because your next season requires you to keep moving forward.

Remember Lot’s wife. She looked back at what God told her to leave behind.
Don’t let yesterday make you miss where God is taking you.

MONDAY ACTION: DON’T LOOK BACK

Today, identify ONE thing you keep looking back at, a person, mistake, disappointment, rejection, season, or version of yourself.

Today declare:

I release what was.
I will not return emotionally, mentally, or spiritually or physically to what God brought me through.
My eyes are forward.
I am HEALED.
I am EMPOWERED.
I have RECOVERED.
I’M H. E.R.

There are some seasons you cannot navigate without prayer. As God shifts us into another gear, stretches us, prepares us, and Expand us for what’s next, we must stay before Him.

SUNDAY ACTION: WALK LIKE H.E.R.

Today, choose one thing the woman God is showing you would do differently and do it.

If she would forgive, begin releasing it.
If she would set the boundary, set it.
If she would pray again, pray.
If she would apply, apply.
If she would start, start.
If she would stop going back, don’t go back.

Don’t just say, “I’M H.E.R.”

MOVE LIKE H.E.R.

Because the woman God showed you isn’t somebody you have to pretend to be.

SHE’S THE WOMAN HE’S BEEN DEVELOPING ALL ALONG.

GOD DOESN’T JUST SEE WHERE YOU ARE, HE SEES WHERE HE’S TAKING YOU.

You may see unfinished.
God sees becoming.

You may see the years you lost.
God sees what He can still redeem.

You may see the doors that closed.
God sees the door with your name on it.

You may see everything that didn’t work.
God sees purpose still working.

You may see the pieces.
God sees the finished picture.

H.E.R., sometimes the hardest person to convince about who God says you are is YOU.

SEE WHAT GOD SEES—THEN HAVE THE FAITH TO BECOME WHAT YOU SAW.

🪞 SATURDAY ACTION: HAVE A PRIVATE MIRROR ENCOUNTER

H.E.R., today I want you to do something just between you and God.

Find a quiet place and stand in front of a mirror for 5 minutes.

Look directly into your own eyes, not at your hair, your clothes, your weight, your flaws, or anything you think needs to be changed.

Look at HER.

Ask yourself:

“What do I see when I look at myself?”

Now ask:

“Am I seeing myself through what happened to me, what someone said about me, what I lost, or am I seeing what God sees?”

🪞 NAME IT.
Say out loud ONE label you have carried that God never gave you.

Then declare:

“I carried this long enough. It happened to me, but it will not define me.”

🪞 REPLACE IT.
Look yourself directly in the eyes and say:

“I AM HEALED.
I AM EMPOWERED.
I AM RECOVERED.
I AM CHOSEN.
I AM WORTHY.
I AM STILL BECOMING.
I SEE WHAT GOD SEES.”

Then walk away from that mirror determined to treat HER like someone God loves.

I’M H.E.R. FRIDAY

H.E.R., DON’T LET WHO DIDN’T CHOOSE YOU MAKE YOU FORGET WHO CALLED YOU.

Everybody will not recognize what God placed inside of you.

You may not have been their choice.
They may have overlooked you.
They may have chosen someone else.
They may never acknowledge what you carry.

But their decision did not cancel God’s decision.

David wasn’t even called into the room when Samuel came looking for the next king. His own father presented everybody else first.

But when God has chosen you, He knows exactly where to find you.

📖 1 Samuel 16:12 — “Arise, anoint him: for this is he.”

H.E.R., stop measuring your value by who didn’t included you, invited you, celebrated you, promoted you, or chose you.

God called YOU.

And sometimes rejection will make you question what God already confirmed.

Not today.
