Pastor Mwat will be finishing the book of Ruth this Sunday 9/13....last chance to read through it before worship on Sunday. His message will be titled "We Remember". Join us at 9:30am for Worship and afterwards for coffee fellowship. All all welcome !

Sept 6th was Labor Day weekend and a Communion Sunday at SPC. The Praise Choir led us in "God Bless America" and "God Will Make a Way". Our Special music was "A Communion Meditation" presented by the Chancel Choir. Kathy Barr presented the Children's message about our new Children's weekly bulletins for various ages. The Scripture reading today was Ruth 3:1-18. Pastor Mwat's message for the congregation was titled "A Steadfast Redeemer". We sang hymns "The Steadfast Love of the Lord" and "Be Known to Us in Breaking Bread". Holy Communion was served to all. August 30th was Worship in our Outdoor Sanctuary at SPC. The Praise Choir led us in "He is Able" and "Our God". The Special music was a brass duet by Laura & Paul Thomas. Pastor Mwat's children's message was about Jesus Loves You! Scripture reading today was Ruth 1:1-22. The Pastor's Message for the congregation was titled "Forever Committed". We sang hymns "Praise Ye the Lord, the Almighty" and "For the Beauty of the Earth". For Worship this coming Sunday 8/30, folks can read Ruth chapters 1 and 2 for preparation. However, since its a very short book, feel free to read the whole book in one seating as a bonus. 🤩
