Games, puzzles, treats, and plenty of laughter - it was a wonderful afternoon of fall fun and community fellowship!

A HUGE thank you to all our volunteers who helped bring this event to life, and to all the families and neighbors who joined us! We loved seeing so many smiling faces on the Sterling UMC lawn.

Today we kicked off our stewardship series, “A Generous Life: Lessons from the Parables,” with the parable of the mustard seed, reminding us that even the smallest acts of faith and generosity can grow into something extraordinary in God’s hands!

We also had a special reason to celebrate as we wished Pastor Jenny and her twin sister, Kathy, a very happy birthday!

What a wonderful morning of worship, fellowship, and celebration! Next up: Fall on the Lawn!

Bells were ringing, the table was set, and there was plenty of joy to share at Sterling UMC this morning!

We continued our God Never Said That series, celebrated World Communion Sunday, and were reminded of the deeper, lasting joy we find in Christ.

And a special thank you to our “Pop-Up” Bell Choir for sharing their gifts and adding some beautiful music to our worship!

Today at Sterling UMC, we continued our God Never Said That series by taking a closer look at the phrase “forgive and forget.” Scripture calls us to forgive, but not to deny the hurt, erase the past, or abandon wisdom and healthy boundaries.

We also celebrated the children in our church family with a special Children’s Moment and the presentation of Bibles to two of our third graders.

We are grateful for these young disciples and for a church family that gets to worship, learn, and grow together!
