A Beautiful Celebration for Queen of the Most Holy Rosary! ✨

What an incredible parish feast day celebration we had! It was a truly blessed day filled with faith, fellowship, and the beautiful sound of our children’s voices lifted in prayer. 🙏❤️

Here is a glimpse into how our parish youth marked this special day, Wednesday, October 7th.

🎬 Learning Our History

Each group kicked off the celebration by watching a powerful video on the Battle of Lepanto, beautifully created by our talented 9th–12th grade girls' CCD class. Thank you, girls, for helping us remember the incredible power of the Rosary!

K-5: Prayers & Prizes

Our Kindergarten through 5th-grade students prayed a beautiful decade of the Rosary together. Afterward, we announced the winners of our "Pray with Mary" coloring contest! Every single participant was awarded a beautiful framed Our Lady of the Rosary picture and a bag of sweet candy treats. 🍬🖼️

🕯️ 6-12: The Illumination of Faith

Following the video, our 6th through 12th graders gathered in the darkened church for a breathtaking Illumination of Faith. Lining the pews, they prayed the Rosary together. Each time a prayer was spoken, an LED foam light stick was turned on. One by one, the darkness vanished until the entire church was completely illuminated by our faith! 🌟

🍪 A Special Treats Thank You

A huge thank you to Krista for providing the delicious cookies that everyone enjoyed so much afterwards! They were the perfect sweet ending to our gathering.

There is nothing more beautiful than hearing the voices of our youth praying together. Thank you to Father Jason, all the catechists, volunteers, and parish family who joined us to make this feast day so memorable.

Our First Holy Communicants have been working hard preparing their hearts to receive Jesus! Lately, they have been practicing a beautiful tradition inspired by St. Thérèse of Lisieux: using Sacrifice Beads (also known as Good Deed Beads).
Every time the children do a kind act, show extra patience, or make a small sacrifice, they silently pull a bead toward the crucifix. It is a beautiful, tangible way for them to offer "small things with great love" to Jesus throughout their day.
But it doesn't stop there! The children are also learning how to bring these daily acts of love directly into the Holy Mass. They are discovering that their individual sacrifices aren't separate from the liturgy—they are meant to be offered up right at the altar.

What a beautiful and joyful day at Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Church! 🐴🐱🐶
Today, we gathered together for our annual Pet Blessing in honor of St. Francis of Assisi, and our church grounds were absolutely buzzing with energy (and a few barks, purrs, and neighs!).
From horses and playful dogs to furry cats and tiny kittens, it was incredible to see so many of God's wonderful creatures in one place.
A huge thank you to Father Jason, who led us in prayer, asking for God’s blessings over all the animals who bring so much unconditional love and joy to our lives every day.
Thank you to everyone who brought their furry—and not-so-furry—friends out today. You truly made it an enjoyable event!

Our K-6th grade students from Queen of the Most Holy Rosary had an unforgettable trip to the Discovery Center in Minot, ND on Sunday, September 20th, accompanied by Father Jason. It was a day filled with hands-on learning and curiosity as our young students explored the interactive exhibits together. We want to extend a massive thank you to our wonderful bus driver and the dedicated chaperones: Zach, Father Jason, Ann, Mikki, & Tess who volunteered their time to keep everyone safe and enjoying the day. This trip wouldn't have been possible without your support!
