Today is the day, our annual Lefse making day! If you would like to order please comment on this post with how many dozen, $20/dz. Orders will be filled in the order they were placed until we run out.
We will contact you this afternoon for pick up at the south complex in Stanley. All orders must be picked up today.
Thank you to our loyal and faithful buyers year after year!

October 26 - 2:00 at the fair building - woodworking (possibly
welding with Steve & Tamara Martens)
November 22 - all day at the south complex - Lefsa (each family
is asked to bring 20 #'s of potato mixture)
December 14 - 2:00 at the south complex - sewing
January 3 - 6:00pm-8:00pm at North Hill Bowl - Christmas Party
February 11 - 3:30pm-4:30pm at the Rosen's Place - decorate
cookies with residents and tenants
March 1 - Time and Place TBD - leather craft
April 26 - ~Waiting to hear back from the office as it's clean up

Lefse recipe:
3 c. Hot riced potatoes (dry white potatoes work best)
1/2 c. Heavy whipping cream
4 TBSP real butter
1 TBSP sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
Mix well, make sure butter melts
We will add the flour right before we roll it...
