✨ UP-LIGHT: THE BROWN FAMILY ✨
Eric and Elaine have a quiet way of serving that speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. They love the Lord, they love their family, and they genuinely love people.
Elaine has faithfully served in our kids ministry, loving on children like they are her own. From nursery to Pre-K to K-5th, she serves wherever there’s a need. She doesn’t need recognition. She just sees a need and steps in. And our kids are better because they’ve been loved by her.
Eric recently stepped into the role of Youth Leader, and we couldn’t be more excited about what God is doing in this next season. Our youth ministry had been paused for a little while, and looking back, we can see that God was never absent in that waiting season. He was preparing the right person.
Someone with a heart for the next generation. Someone who genuinely wants to see young people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and understand who God created them to be.
Sometimes what feels like a delay is really God preparing the answer.
And then there are their three boys, who bring their own special kind of joy to UP. 😂
Sawyer, their oldest, carries a wisdom beyond his years, and you can see the fruit of being intentionally led at home. Ethan has the sweetest, most tender heart and is always looking for a way to help. And Blanton… well, he definitely keeps our kids workers on their toes 😂 but he is absolutely precious.
Together, these boys bring so much enthusiasm, laughter and life to our kids ministry.
Eric and Elaine, we are so thankful God chose to place you at United Pursuit. We believe there is so much more ahead for your family, and we are honored to get to watch God use each of you in the lives of others.
