Worship Times: Sunday @ 10:15am The following list highlights our most basic beliefs:
1. God is the creator all things and providentially rules over it all.

The Bible alone is the Word of God, without error and completely reliable.
2. There is one God in three persons [Father, Son, Holy Spirit], co-equal,
co-eternal, and worthy of worship.
3. People are made in the image of God and are of infinite worth and value to Him.
5. All people are separated from God by their sins, being sinners by nature and
choice.
6. Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully human and fully God; God in the
flesh.
7. Jesus lived the life that we should live, but can't--a life of perfect obedience to
God.
8. Jesus died the death we deserve to die--absorbing God's holy wrath as the
substitute for sinful humanity--and rose again.
9. Salvation is a gift of God by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ
alone.
10. Christians are responsible to love God and disciple all nations.
11. The Holy Spirit indwells Christians empowering them to live holy lives in service
to Jesus.
12. The local church is God's plan for carrying out His redemptive work in the
world, displaying His wisdom and bringing Him glory.
13. Jesus is coming back again some day to judge all people on the basis of what
they've done.
14. All people will spend eternity somewhere, either with God in His glory or
experiencing His wrath in Hell. We also adhere to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000

What an incredible week that the Guatemala team has had! Our team had some change of plans and continued to serve with all their heart! Our week was full of extra home visits, extra time with the kids, baseball practice, and more! The team put on a wonderful Spa Day with the ladies. The connections made with the kids are incredible. So many stories the team can tell you! Be in prayer for this incredible ministry, In the Gap, and the beautiful children and families they serve!

Our Second Guatemala team hit the ground running with some incredible home visits and a spelling bee on Saturday. It is so special to get to go to the homes of the kids in Los Seguidores and build those relationships. Sunday we had a great service at church and enjoyed time at a family festival at the basketball court playing games and spending time with the community. Monday we got to spend time with the kids of Los Seguidores teaching them about the USA. Our team also was able to clean up the community basketball court and freshen up the paint on the outside of the church/school/team house. It’s been a full few days… but our team is incredible and always ready to serve!

What an incredible couple of days with the kids of Los Seguidores! We spent two full days learning together through Bible lessons, science, English, and fun games.

On Thursday, we also celebrated Día del Niño (Children’s Day) with a special party filled with laughter, games, and plenty of fun!

It has been such a blessing to partner with In the Gap Ministries and have the opportunity to love, encourage, and serve these amazing kids and their community. We are so thankful for every connection, every smile, and every opportunity God has given us to be here!

We cannot wait to share so much more with you!

🇬🇹 Our Guatemala Team #1 has had an incredible weekend! 🇬🇹

Our travels were safe and smooth, and we jumped right into a weekend full of connection, ministry, and so many blessings!

Saturday we visited 6 homes of kids from the Los Seguidores program. These visits were filled with meaningful connections, time with families, and prayer. Even more exciting, a few of these families came to In the Gap Church for the very first time today! ❤️

Saturday night was a fun Advanced Student Night, where we challenged the students with a unique escape room designed to help them practice their English. It was such a fun night of learning, laughter, and connection!

Sunday we had the privilege of celebrating In the Gap Church’s 6th anniversary! 🎉 Pastor Neal preached, and Mark and Marvin shared their testimonies. What a blessing it was to celebrate this special milestone with our brothers and sisters!

Sunday afternoon, we hosted a community family event at the basketball courts! There were games, the Gospel was shared, and we had the opportunity to connect with more than 100 kids and their families. What an incredible afternoon!

We are so thankful for all God has done this weekend and are looking forward to the week ahead as we continue serving alongside our friends at In the Gap Ministries! Please continue to pray for our team, the families we are serving, and all that God has planned for the days ahead. 🙏🇬🇹❤️
