We had a wonderful time at our church picnic yesterday! Although some threatening clouds brought things to an early close, we enjoyed great food, fellowship, and plenty of laughs.

We’re also thankful that our leftover fried chicken was able to be shared with some unhoused neighbors in our community. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special!

The countdown is on at just one week away from Vacation Bible School (VBS) "Hero Central: Disciples Assemble!" From Sunday June 7-11, 6pm-8:0pm explore the world where stories, art, cooking, science, and play come together to help children grow in faith and inspire them to share their faith with others. VBS is open to preschool through grade 5. Early bird cost is $7 per student, $20 max per family. After June 2 the rate goes up to $10 per student and $30 max per family. (Scholarships are available.) Dinner will be available beginning at 6pm. If you're able, a small contribution toward the cost of dinner would be greatly appreciated.

If you wondered what that lift was doing in our parking lot this weekend, the B&G crew did a little maintenance work up high this past week!
We removed old window screens, washed windows, painted some vents and trim, cleaned soffits and gutters, secured some gutters and a few other things we can’t normally get to!
Thanks to Ron Russell and Steve Grote for being our ground crew!

The annual church picnic is NEXT SUNDAY May 31st at Kiwanis Park, starting at 11:30am. Please bring a side dish to share, your beverage of choice, and a lawn chair! Kiwanis Park is located at 3596 Elm Point Road
