Adventure Club is officially underway!

There was so much excitement last night as we launched Adventure Club at Twin Rivers! Our kids received their very own book and satchel—and even earned their first pin! 🎒📖🏅

From games and music to Bible lesson time, it was a fun-filled night centered on learning about God and growing in Him.

There’s still room to join the adventure! If you’d like to register your child, we’d love to have them on Wednesday nights.

We’re gearing up for FALL at Twin Rivers! 🍂

Last night, our Kids Ministry volunteers gathered for our Fall Kickoff & Training! We’re so grateful for 80+ volunteers who faithfully make Kids Ministry possible every Sunday, Wednesday, and through special events throughout the year!

Together, we reviewed our mission, walked through policies and procedures, and refreshed our safety protocols— all with one goal: partnering with parents to help our kids know God and make Him known.

And we’re especially excited because Adventure Club kicks off NEXT Wednesday, September 2! 🎉

After more than 30 hours of travel, our team has arrived safely in Nairobi, Kenya! 🇰🇪

Over the next two weeks, they will be serving alongside our our missionaries, the Wambuas, through VBS, a youth rally, Saturday seminar, public school outreach, training young preachers, children’s outreach, church services, and visiting church plants.

Please pray with us:
1. To be Spirit-filled and well prepared with the teaching and preaching opportunities
2. To have Gospel conversations with people as we travel and while we are in Kenya
3. For our bodies to adjust to the 10-hour time change
3. For all our luggage to arrive safely and that we do not have to pay duties on the items we are taking for ministry and to give away
4. To stay healthy
5. To have a teachable and humble attitude as we serve one another and learn from our missionaries and also our Kenyan brothers and sisters in Christ
6. That God would help us to be an encouragement to our missionaries

ADVENTURE CLUB IS FINALLY HERE! Starting September 2, The Adventure Club Team will take the children through a systematic study of theology in the Scriptures. This year, the children will learn “The Truth about the Bible and The Trinity.” The Adventure Club is a fun way for children to learn and memorize the truths about scripture.
