A church that refuses to change will eventually die.

Change is not a dirty word.

Some change is necessary, as long as you don’t change the vital doctrines of the Faith.

“I don’t want a large church…I want it to stay small because we know everybody.”

I understand the statement. Knowing people is a beautiful thing.

But let’s be honest, that statement isn’t about the lost.

It’s about us.

It’s about our comfort. Our familiarity.
Our pew.
Our preferences.

The Great Commission was never, “Go ye therefore into all the world and keep things the way you like them.”

Somebody changed so you could hear the Gospel.

Somebody built a building you didn’t pay for.

Somebody sat next to a stranger so there’d be room for you.

If heaven is going to be filled with every tribe, every tongue, and every nation…why are we fighting so hard to keep our church looking exactly like us?

**Message to Our Online Community**

Hi everyone,

We want to sincerely apologize for the technical difficulties and audio issues during today’s stream. We know how important it is to have a clear, uninterrupted space for worship and fellowship, and we’re sorry that our technical snags got in the way of that experience today.

Well, it appears that old man winter isn't quite done with us yet. Once again, we are expecting a blustery winter mix that is going to cause most of us to bundle up tight in front of the fireplace. That's ok. Because God has told us that where two or more are gathered, (either in person or online) there He is also.

Come join us for an online only service, this Sunday, February 22nd, at 10:45am. Kathy Berry will join me in my office for a time of praise, and we will spend some time discussing the "Deep Things" of God. While it may be cold outside, all of Gods people will be warmed by the Spirit as they worship and learn from a distance. I hope you can make it.

Good Morning Everyone. Out of an abundance of safety for our members & visitors, we will not be gathering for in person services this Sunday, January 25th at 10:45 for our worship time. Instead, stay home and join us online from the comfort of your own living room at that same time. We will livestream our prayer requests, listen to an encouraging message and tithe remotely as we worship our Lord & Savior from around the world. We hope to see you online this Sunday.

Good snowy morning to everyone. As of 730 am we have an addtional 3-4" of fresh snow on the ground in SW PA & local news is calling for sleet by 11am. Out of an abundance of safety for our local members we are canceling services for this morning. Stay home, stay safe and have another cup of coffee with your creator.
