The tables are set!! Come join us this Sunday as we wrap up our year long 150th anniversary celebration of the Spirit Lake United Methodist Church. We have one worship service at 9:30 followed by a potluck picnic with burgers and hot dogs provided. Please bring a side dish and/or a dessert to share. Help us celebrate all the great things happening at SLUMC as we look toward the future and the next 150 years!!

We had such a fun VBS week with this great crew of kids!!

What a great day at camp!! We played games, did archery, made crafts, had a picnic lunch outside, roasted marshmallows for s’mores (along with a few sprinkles), and sand camp songs. Huge shoutout to Camp Director Eric and his staff for such an awesome day!!

Day 3 of Rainforest Falls VBS! 🌿🐒❤️

What an amazing day of faith, fun, and discovery!

Today we met two more of our Bible Buddies:
🦣 Tia the Giant Anteater and 🐒 Howie the Howler Monkey.

Our Bible Points for the day were:

❤️ God is love. (Wow, God!)
We learned how Jesus willingly died and rose again to show us the incredible depth of God’s love for each of us. Our key verse reminded us:
“Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.” — Psalm 136:1

♾️ God is forever. (Wow, God!)
We also explored John’s vision of heaven and the promise that God will be with His people forever. Our key verse proclaimed:
“But we can praise the Lord both now and forever! Praise the Lord!” — Psalm 115:18

From Bible adventures and music to games, crafts, and new friendships, our Rainforest Falls explorers had another wonderful day growing in their faith and discovering just how amazing God is.
