Happy Father’s Day from Redemption Episcopal Church!

Today we celebrate and give thanks for all fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, foster fathers, mentors, and father figures who lead with love, strength, wisdom, and faith.

Thank you for the countless ways you encourage, support, teach, and care for those around you. Your impact reaches far beyond what you may ever see.

As we honor fathers today, we also lift up those who may find this day difficult—those missing their fathers, grieving a loss, longing to be fathers, or carrying complicated memories. May God’s comfort and peace be with you.

“The righteous man walks in his integrity; his children are blessed after him.” — Proverbs 20:7

Happy Father’s Day! May God bless you and your families today and always. 💙

Happy Juneteenth from Redemption Episcopal Church ❤️🖤💚

Today we celebrate Juneteenth, a day that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and honors the resilience, faith, and contributions of Black Americans throughout history.

As people of faith, we recognize that freedom, justice, and dignity are gifts from God and values we are called to uphold for all people. Juneteenth invites us to reflect on our shared history, celebrate progress, and continue working toward a more just and loving world.

“For you were called to freedom, brothers and sisters; only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for self-indulgence, but through love become servants to one another.” — Galatians 5:13

May we celebrate freedom, seek justice, and love our neighbors as Christ loves us.
