This Labor Day, we celebrate the value of meaningful work, but we also remember that God designed us to rest.

Rest is not laziness or something we must earn after everything is finished. It is a gift from God. It reminds us that our worth is not measured by how much we accomplish and that we can trust Him even when we pause.

Today, may you make space to slow down, enjoy the people you love, and receive the rest God graciously provides.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28

The Holy Spirit convicts us of sin...not to shame us, but because freedom is on the other side.

The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead is alive in us, working for our good.

The Father doesn’t wait for you to clean yourself up. He runs to meet you.

Like the father in the story of the prodigal son, God is not standing at a distance with His arms crossed. When we turn toward Him, we discover a Father who sees us, loves us, and welcomes us home.

The Holy Spirit convicts us of sin, but never to shame or condemn us. His conviction leads us away from what is hurting us and back into the freedom, grace, and love of Jesus.

Sunday mornings are extra special thanks to the amazing volunteers who help prepare breakfast and everyone who brings delicious food to share! We are so grateful for each person who helps make Breakfast & Bible Study such a welcoming place. 💛

What a beautiful sound! This Sunday, The Village worshipped alongside our kids as they sang “God, I’m Just Grateful for You.”

There is something special about every generation lifting their voices together and thanking God for who He is and all He has done. We are so grateful for our Village Kids and the amazing volunteers who pour into them each and every week!

Why Vineyard? 🌱 We Make Disciples.

Following Jesus was never meant to stop with us.

Jesus invites us to know Him, become more like Him, and then help others do the same. That's what discipleship is all about.

At The Village, we believe discipleship happens in more places than just a Sunday service. It happens around tables, in small groups, through serving, in conversations, in prayer, and in the everyday moments when we encourage one another to take another step toward Jesus.

We aren't just called to be disciples. We're called to make disciples.

That means investing in people, walking alongside one another, sharing what God is teaching us, and helping others learn to follow Jesus in their everyday lives. ❤️
