We have dearly loved this commercial Turbo Air refrigerator here at our monastery! It has served us very well, but as our kitchen has evolved, we’ve realized this style of commercial refrigerator simply isn’t the most practical fit for the way we use our space anymore. So it’s time for it to go on and serve another kitchen. ❤️
This is a Turbo Air 48-inch, two-door commercial undercounter/worktop refrigerator, model family TUR-48 / TST-48.
We have given it a thorough cleaning inside and out, it is cooling beautifully and holding approximately 34–35°F. We’ve included a photo of the thermometer so you can see the operating temperature for yourself.
