Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent. Join us as we commemorate with Morning Prayer and the imposition of ashes at 7:30 AM or Evening Prayer at 7:00 PM at Somerset Anglican Fellowship, 132 E. Union St.

At Somerset Anglican Fellowship we have, over the past year or two, been upgrading our church patio. We have had a few lovely afternoons there after church. It is now time to turn on the lights and fire up the grill. Tomorrow evening (September 15) at 5:30 SAF will host a cookout on the patio. The vestry will provide soft drinks, burgers and hotdogs, and the buns to go with them. Join us and bring a side dish or dessert to share. There could be s'mores.
The objective is simply to relax and enjoy one another’s company. The forecast is for temperatures in the mid 70's and clear skies with scattered light, decreasing toward evening. Please join us, and feel free to bring a friend!
