Happy Labor Day! Yesterday we sang the hymn "Earth and All Stars", which was selected for its lyrical celebration of the different ways our labor helps our neighbors and furthers God's kingdom here on earth. Work when appropriately rewarded is a fulfilling and sacred part of life. All members of this body in the world are important. We celebrate sabbath rest today on Labor day. Are there any other verses you'd like to see added to the hymn?
